COVID-19 UPDATE – March 28, 2020

Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak and State of Emergency announced by the province, we are taking certain precautions to do our part in curbing the spread of the Coronavirus.

We are taking this very SERIOUSLY to ensure the safety of our staff and clients and continue to monitor the situation. As a result, we have cancelled face to face meetings with clients and we will continue to provide services to ensure our clients meetings are met by phone and email.

In order to facilitate the preparation of your income tax returns and other services we have set up drop off stations:

Dauphin Office

A station has been set up at the main vestibule area outside our office door entrance to drop off and pickup information. It will be available Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00PM. Instructions and procedures have been posted in this area. Should you have any questions or concerns on the procedure please call our reception at 204-638-3012 for further information.

Roblin Office

Information and records may be dropped off on Wednesdays from 9:15 AM to 5:00 PM. It will be picked up the same day. Our mail slot is located on the left just inside the hallway of the main entrance in the building. If you should have any further questions please call us at 204-937-3073 or 204-648-5140 for any further information.

While there has been an extension of the filing deadline to June 1, 2020 for personal tax returns, we are working hard to ensure to ensure the returns are completed and filed. For clients with tax refunds we understand that their returns need to be filed quickly as possible. For those who will have a balance owing you will have until September 1, 2020 to pay any 2019 income tax amounts.

Once we have completed your tax return we will be in contact you with the results prior to filing the return.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time for everyone.
